عملت الدراسة البحثية على مقاربة موضوع تمكين المرأة المغربية بمناصب المسؤولية.
محاولة منذ البدء الانطلاق في تحليله من خلال رصد إشكالية وصول المرأة إلى مراكز صنع القرار العمومي، و ذلك عبر تناول البحث من خلال محورين، تم في المحور الأول تناول سياق موجة التمكين على الصعيدين الدولي و الوطني، مع الوقوف عند أهم المستجدات التشريعية و التنظيمية في هذا الإطار.
فيما خصص المحور الثاني منها إلى رصد معوقات تنزيل طموح التمكين، و مداخل و قنوات تفعيله.
Abstract EN
The research study addressed the theme of empowering Moroccan women in positions of responsibility.
From the outset, an attempt to begin to analyze it by monitoring the problem of women’s access to public decision-making positions, by addressing research through two axes.
In the first, the context of the wave of empowerment at the international and national levels was ad¬dressed, while sticking to the most important legislative and organizational developments in this framework.
As for the second axis, it is dedicated to monitoring the brakes to download the ambition of empowerment and the in¬puts and channels of its.

L’étude de recherché a abordé le thème de l’autonomisation des femmes marocaines à des postes de responsabilité.
Dès le départ, une tentative de commencer à l’analyser en surveillant le problème de l’accès des femmes aux postes de décision publique, en abordant la recherche à travers deux axes.
Dans le premier, le contexte de la vague d’autonomisation aux niveaux inter¬national et national était traités, tout en se tenant aux développements législa¬tifs et organisationnels les plus importants dans ce cadre.
Quant au deuxième axe, il est consacré au suivi des freins au téléchargement de l’ambition d’auto¬nomisation et des entrées et canaux de son activation.
