The aim of this research is to discover the ability of religious spiritual coping to predict posttraumatic growth among a sample of breast cancer survivors.

The sample age ranged from 32 to 59 years, with a mean of "47.2 years" and a standard deviation of "6.6 years, 69% of the sample were in a medium socioeconomic level, and the number of educational years ranged from 9 to 16 years, 80% of them were married, they were diagnosed with breast cancer From the first, second and third stages, the time since diagnosis ranged from one to five years.

The following tools prepared by the researcher: The posttraumatic growth list and the spiritual religious coping scale.

The results, using simple linear regression analysis, showed that religious spiritual coping is predicting posttraumaic growth among breast cancer survivors, and achieving the hypothesis of the study, the result was interpreted in the light of Calhoun and Tedeschi's explanatory model of posttraumatic growth, and the cultural factors of the phenomenon of posttraumatic growth.
