The increasing degree of cooperation in international relations and ubiquitous digital communication technologies has increased the importance of (IPR) to organizations.

Intellectual property (IP) provides specific tools for securing and maintaining a competitive advantage, enabling the development and implementation of strategies to protect proprietary technologies from imitators.

In this article, it sheds light on what intellectual property and its rights are, and what is the legal and technical regulation that protects its rules internationally.
