This study aims to identify the role played by digitization in the field of public services by standing on the golden card system and its uses, while extrapolating Algeria's efforts in facing digital technological challenges to upgrade the public service.

The study found the effect of digitization on the promotion and rationalization of the public service, through its mechanisms represented in the Internet and various technical and technological equipment.

The emergence of the golden card for electronic payment encouraged the establishment of electronic public services and expanded the horizons for e-commerce and opened the way for the emergence of a market of its own through the idea of an online store.
