This study was aimed to identify the addiction attitudes and participation in prevention programs among youth.

addiction attitude questionnaire for youth was employed in this study.

the total sample consisted of 58 youth.

the results showed that most of the youth appeared to have positive attitude towards addiction and participation in prevention programs and there were no statistically significant differences by gender, academic level, and age among youth in the trend towards addiction and participation in prevention programs
