This study aims to determine the role of information and communication technology in the restructuring of the Algerian telecom corporation, the el-Tarf state branch, where the descriptive approach was used to determine the role that technologies play in re-modernizing the institution, as we distributed an information form to 96 employees of the institution in the field of study.

as we obtained a set of results, the most important of which is that the institution is the field of study, that information technology and communication with its recent changes have contributed to the remodernization of the institution.
