The world has witnessed the emergence of movements working to design an evolutionary vision through the development of new reforms according to aspirations for a better level than in all political, economic, social, cultural and even scientific fields, and Algeria has always followed suit in this way, considering the reform of culture and composition as one of the most important factors of liberation, emancipation and sophistication, which made them national priorities, so it developed reform projects, including the reform of the educational system, the subject of our research paper.

The preparatory stage is considered a preliminary stage in the education of the child and its psychological and social formation, where many educators emphasize the need for the child to be present in an environment rich in excitement that gives him full freedom so that his talents, abilities and potential grow properly, the emergence of preparatory education institutions for this purpose was the first educational environment organized and geared to the development and education of the child outside the borders of his family, and the preparatory stage is a targeted educational stage no less important than other educational stages, as it works to provide the appropriate space for a child Before school.
