تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية دراسة اتفاقية الاتحاد الإفريقي لمنع الفساد و مكافحته، و إظهار مبادئها و أهدافها في مجال مكافحة الفساد، و مقارنة هذه المبادئ مع مقومات الحكم الراشد، حيث تؤكد الاتفاقية على ضرورة احترام مبادئ الحكم الراشد لمكافحة الفساد، باعتبار الفساد يقوض الشفافية و المساءلة في إدارة الشؤون العامة، و يعيق التنمية الاجتماعية و الاقتصادية في القارة.
و بالتالي لا بد من التعريف بالحكم الراشد و مبادئه و أهدافه، و النظر في مدى تكريس اتفاقية الاتحاد الإفريقي لمنع الفساد و مكافحته لهذه المبادئ، و البحث في تحديات الدول الإفريقية في مكافحة الفساد لتحقيق التنمية المستدامة اجتماعيا، اقتصاديا و سياسيا.
Abstract EN
This article aims to study the African union convention on preventing and combating corruption.
it demonstrates its principles and objectives in the fight against corruption and compares these principles with the foundations of good governance.
the convention emphasizes the need to respect the principles of good governance against corruption, as corruption undermines transparency and accountability in the conduct of public affairs and impedes the continent's social and economic development.
it is therefore essential to define good governance, its principles and objectives, to consider the extent to which the African union convention on the prevention and combating of corruption enshrines these principles, and to examine the challenges of Africa's economically and politically sustainable development in the fight against corruption.

Cet article vise à étudier la convention de l'union africaine sur la prévention et la lutte contre la corruption, qui démontre que la corruption a des effets négatifs sur la stabilité politique, économique, sociale et culturelle, et des conséquences néfastes sur le développement socio-économique du continent.
et que la corruption compromet le respect de l’obligation de rendre compte et du principe de transparence dans la gestion des affaires publiques.
cette convention souligne, entre autres, la nécessité de respecter la bonne gouvernance et ses processus.
par conséquent, il est nécessaire de définir la bonne gouvernance, ses principes et ses objectifs, d'examiner dans quelle mesure la convention de l'union africaine sur la prévention et la lutte contre la corruption consacre ces principes, et de rechercher les défis des pays africains dans la lutte contre la corruption pour atteindre des objectifs socio-économiques et politiques et le développement durable.
