In view of the growing phenomenon of forced labor for minors, international and national legislation sought to protect this vulnerable group by prohibiting them from entering the world of work at an early age and not forcing them to work.

However, international reports indicate a growing phenomenon of forced labor in conjunction with the phenomenon of human trafficking.

Therefore, this study came to find out the concept of forced labor for minors in accordance with international conventions and national legislation, as well as legal mechanisms to protect them from this phenomenon.
