the preparation of any legal study requires a sound approach in which the researcher respects the approaches of scientific research.

the deductive approach is like other scientific approaches that have a positive role in legal studies.

this study, therefore, aims to introduce the deductive approach and the most important mechanisms that distinguish it from other approaches, as well as its applications in legal studies.
