تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن مستوى مهارات الذكاء الاجتماعي كممارسة في نجاح المؤسسة، و من أجل ذلك تم توزيع الاستبيان على عينة متكونة من 94 قائدا، و ذلك بعد التحقق من صدقه و ثباته باستخدام البرنامج SPSS ، و من خلال بعض الأساليب الإحصائية أظهرت نتائج أراء الأفراد عن وجود مستوى مرتفع لكل من مهارة التعاطف و الفهم، و مستوى متوسط لمهارة التواصل.
Abstract EN
This study aims to discover the level of social intelligence skill as a practice help in the success of the institution.
questionnaire was the main tool used in this study with a sample of 94 leaders.
after verifying its reliability and validity through using the SPSS program and some statistical techniques, the results of the respondents' opinions showed that there was a high level of both skills of empathy and understanding.
while the level of communication skill was medium.
