This research sought to determine the strength and nature of relationship between innovation capability and the application of sustainable development pillars.
a questionnaire was designed and handed or sent to the employees of Djen Djen port international.
it was established that a moderate almost strong positive correlation existed between innovation management capability and the implementation of sustainable development pillars in the port company.
