Governance has become one of the priorities of economic reform for most countries after the economic crisis of 2008, whereby corporations with different nature of activities seek to achieve economic performance that aims to maximize their profits.

From this standpoint, institutions realized that reliance on their financial position is not enough.

Therefore, they adopted principles of governance and social responsibility programs side to side as a way to develop the relationship with others and achieve sustainable development.
