In this paper we will try to question the importance of the step of feeling the problem of research in drawing the initial perceptions of the path that the researcher will take towards scientific benefit, because formulating the problem in an objective and scientific way is half way to solve it, We will also try to present the most important sources of scientific inspiration, whether objerctive or subjective, which help to set the limits of the topic chosen, by answering the following question: What is the importance of feeling the problem? What are the most important sources that help him in setting the limits of his research?
