The aim of the current research is to identify the quality standards in the faculties of education in southern Upper Egypt according to some CAEP standards.

vocational training and field training, and the research sample was limited to faculty members working in the faculties of education in south upper Egypt in the light of the first and second criterion of the CAEP standards, which are content and educational knowledge and the criterion of professional practice and field training in it, the research sample was limited to faculty members working in the faculties of education in southern upper Egypt, and the field application was done in the faculties of education in southern upper Egypt at universities (Sohag, south valley, Aswan the current research relied on the descriptive approach due to its suitability to the nature of the subject, and the questionnaire was used as a research tool, where a questionnaire is designed and applied to a sample of faculty members in the faculties of education in south upper Egypt (Sohag, Qena, Aswan).
