Abstract EN

This study aimed to reveal the effectiveness of social responsibility activities through social networking sites, and specifically through Ain el Kebira cement company Facebook page, where the analytical descriptive survey method was relied on, and the content analysis tool was used as a basic tool for data collection.

the analysis sample included 38 publications during the period from April 2021 to January 2022.

a number of results were reached, the most important of them were, that Ain el Kebira cement company clearly used Facebook to publish its social responsibility activities practised, and contributed to its activation through its page by diversifying the areas of these activities and the various efforts made to serve the public and give it a good image about the company and allocating a significant part of its budget to that, in addition to the interaction of this audience with its various posts related to social responsibility activities.
