لما أصبح الاستثمار في العصر الحالي يعد مفتاح وأداة لتحقيق التنمية، اشتد التنافس بين الدول - المتقدمة والنامية منها- قصد تشجيعه وجلب أكبر قدر ممكن منه، أين تيقنت أن حجم الإستثمار الوافد إليها، لا ينحصر فقط في تسهيل الإجراءات الإدارية لإنجاز المشاريع الاستثمارية أو على حجم المعاملة الضريبية المقدمة له والمكرسة في قوانينها فحسب
Abstract EN
As investment is the key to development, countries are deploying in order to establish a good attractiveness in it with the conviction that its volume no longer concerns only administrative or fiscal facilities but also the guarantees allowing its protection against non-commercial risks.
As such, Algeria reserves particular attention to the question of guarantees for foreign and national investments by establishing an efficient legal regime.
The main purpose of this scheme is to activate investment by attempting to enshrine a range of guarantees in the brand new investment promotion law

L’investissement étant la clé du développement, les pays se déploient afin d’y asseoir une bonne attractivité en ayant la conviction que son volume ne concerne plus que les facilités administratives ou fiscales mais aussi les garanties permettant sa protection contre les risques non commerciaux.
A ce titre, l’Algérie réserve une attention particulière à la question des garanties des investissements étrangers et nationaux en consacrant un régime juridique efficient.
Le but principal de ce régime étant l’activation de l’investissement en tentant de consacrer une panoplie de garanties par la toute nouvelle loi portant promotion de l’investissement.
