Abstract EN

This study dealt with the issue of the effectiveness of leadership styles in employees' adoption of organizational citizenship behaviors in the branch of the Oil Corporation in the state of Djelfa.

and the study was applied to a sample of (173) employees out of (314) any percentage (55,09%) employees in NAFTAL branch in Djelfa.

the most important of which are : there is a statistically significant effect at a significant level (α ≤ 0.05) for all dimensions of administrative leadership, independently or in combination, on the organizational citizenship behaviors of employees in the organization, and the most important suggestion is to use the appropriate leadership style for employees by the leaders, which it affects the behavior of individuals in the organization, especially voluntary behavior.
