Abstract EN

The study aimed to identify the contribution of the strategic leadership in the formation and direction of the organizational culture, by surveying the opinions of the respondents in the local development Bank-Biskra-, and the study population included all the bank's executives.

the study concluded that there is a strong correlation between strategic leadership in its three dimensions (strategic direction, ethical practices, strategic control) and the organizational culture in the bank under study.

the results of the study also indicated that there is a large statistically significant contribution between ethical practices and organizational culture, and this is due to the fact that the bank leader works with full transparency when carrying out tasks in order to develop the bank.
