Abstract EN

This study aims to try to know the reality of the application of knowledge management at the level of Saida university, where we directed a questionnaire to the professors as they are the main element in the educational process and it includes a set of phrases related to knowledge management processes.

the results of this study concluded that the university of Saida is committed to the application of knowledge management with a medium degree, and that there is a statistically significant effect of all knowledge management processes on its application, and that 53.7% of the change in the application of knowledge management at the university of Saida is due to the process of applying knowledge and 53% is due to for the process of knowledge distribution, 49.3% refers to storing knowledge, 45.9% is due to the process of acquiring and generating knowledge, and 43.8% is due to the process of knowledge diagnosis.
