يهدفؼ البحث لاستعراض أهمية الابتكار في عملية التنمية المستدامة، و ارتباطها الحاسم بأبعادها الثلاثة من خلال بلورة الحلول الاقتصادية و الاجتماعية و البيئية التي تكفل الاستمرارية في رفع مستويات جودة الحياة و الرفاه من خلال تعريف و تحليل مفهوم الابتكار المستدام و أهميته في تحقيق التنمية المستمرة و تتلخص نتائج البحث التي تم التوصل إليها، أنو بدون الاستثمار في رأس المالؿ البشري فإنه لا يمكن المضي قدما في تحقيق أهداف التنمية المستدامة، و أنه حتى و إن توافرت العناصر الأخرى لنتائج الاستدامة، كالحوكمة و النمو الاقتصادي وغيرها من الدعامات، فإن مخرجات رأس المال البشري الناجحة " الابتكار" و القادرة على التجديد و التكيف بشكل مستمر و الدفع بعملية الاستدامة، فهي تحتاج إلى رعاية خاصة من خلال العمل الحكومي و المؤسساتي و الدفع بديناميكية المجتمع المدني بشكل تكاملي.
Abstract EN
The research aims to review the importance of innovation in the process of sustainable development and its critical linkage to its three dimensions through the elaboration of economic, social and environmental solutions that ensure continuity in raising standards of quality of life and well-being by defining and analyzing the concept of sustainable innovation and its importance in achieving sustainable development.
The research reached is that without investing in human capital, sustainable development goals cannot proceed, successful human capital outputs "innovation", capable of renewing and adapting and driving sustainability, they need special care through governmental and institutional action, pushing the dynamic of civil society integrally
