This study aims to identify the impact of the practices of managers and officials on the work environment in Islamic banks, it starts by addressing the characteristics of a good work environment, the most important modern strategies and successful leadership practices for building organizational trust according to the perspective of "great place to work GPTW".

than we presented the experience of Abu Dhabi Islamic bank, which is one of the best leading Islamic banks in the world in terms of performance, volume of activity and quality of services ; in order to know the most important leadership practices that cause this success in the field of business.

the study showed that the most important characteristic of this bank is the reliance of its leaders on a strong culture based on inspiration to push employees to provide their best, good employment, encouragement, interest and appreciation of their efforts.
