Among the widespread disabilities that require early intervention by the speech therapist to manage them is cerebral palsy (CMI) which is due to a non-developmental and permanent lesion in the central nervous system and affects children before, during or after birth, and this manifests in the form of a motor disability often accompanied by sensory, cognitive and emotional disorders.

Among the sensory lesions that accompany this disability is hearing loss, studies of which show that the prevalence rate for this group of children is around 25%.

Thus, our present study aims to present the case of a child suffering from cerebral palsy accompanied by a severe hearing loss in addition to evoking the various stages to take charge of this case, in particular the hearing handicap, since the case received a cochlear implant.
