Abstract EN

The aim of the study was to reveal the quality of life in the health sector and the quality of life in the health sector, as well as whether there are statistically significant differences in the quality of work due to the variables of sex, age, civil status, as well as whether there are statistically significant differences in the quality of life in relation to health due to the variables of sex, age, civil status in the health sector, and whether there is a relationship between the quality of health sector.

In order to achieve this goal, the descriptive method was used.

The study sample included 148 health workers from some health institutions in the « Bouhmama » District of the province of « khenchela » and the Municipal Health Institution of Oulad Fadel.

The WHO Quality of Life Measure and the Working Life Quality Measure were used.

The data were analyzed statistically (SPSS) using the Statistical Group of Social Sciences.

Using the Pearson correlation factor method to calculate the relationship between study variables and the ANOVA variation analysis test to study differences between three groups and more, the study found the following findings: Quality of working life varies among health workers.

Health-related quality of life differs from health workers.There are no statistically significant differences in the quality of working life due to the variables of sex, age, and civil status.There are no statistically indicative differences in quality of life related to health due to variants of sex, age, civil status.There are no statistically significant relationship between the quality of work life and the quality of health life.)
