Governments that wanted to achieve a state of truth and law regarding their different political systems and ideological tendencies realized that they need the support of their people for the decisions they take and the various actions they take in all circumstances and times.

To achieve this, I set out to solve their problems and respond to their various requirements through the application of good governance and its mechanisms based on the rule of law, transparency, non-arbitrary procedures, independence of the judiciary, openness, and institution building.

Many objective factors have led to the presentation of new visions about multidimensional concepts and approaches.

The concept of good governance is among these relatively recent concepts, which emerged clearly on the political scene at the beginning of the eighties of the last decade, although its philosophical roots go back further than that.

Much of this made it a mechanism that contributes to the rationalization of the state according to democratic formulas and principles, which in turn focus on accountability and the rule of law and the rule of law, as well as the rejection of political marginalization, which is what contemporary democratic governments seek by focusing on the importance of strengthening the foundations of the rule of law on the one hand and acknowledging and stipulating rights and freedoms Constitutionally and thirdly, work to download it on the ground.
