Research topic: The Holy Qur’an’s Approach to Poverty Alleviation, an applied study on the weak.

Its objectives: Clarifying the rules, principles, controls and conditions of the Holy Qur’an approach in alleviating poverty, and standing on the discrepancy in the sayings of scholars of interpretation, hadith and origins in understanding many texts related to this approach, and choosing the most correct ones, and the most appropriate with the developments and fluctuations of the era, and how the Qur’anic approach is distinguished from other approaches Antecedent and post-social in addressing the severity of poverty.

Methodology: In this study, the researcher relied on a combination of a number of research methods; He adopted the inductive approach in applying the rules of interpretation and the principles of judging between sayings and investigating issues related to this approach.

He also focused on the deductive approach, as he tried to reach a set of specific rules to reveal rulings, judgment and sermons that are hidden in texts related to dealing with the situation of the weak in society.

The most important results of the research: The researcher showed the justice, comprehensiveness and balance of the Holy Qur’an approach in alleviating poverty and achieving happiness for the weak.

The researcher also reached an inventory and explanation of the multiple and varied sources of spending, and showed the approach of the Holy Qur’an in arranging the priorities of spending on the weak, and how this approach makes the treatment of poverty closer to the legal policy than to the cutters of religion that do not accept ijtihad.
