The impact of the Coruna virus has clearly affected all aspects of life for all countries.

So, they took many precautionary measures to confront it at all levels, either economic or social.

Rather, the impact of these measures affected the existing legal obligations of all kinds.

Considering that this pandemic is an exceptional circumstance that led to preventing the state authorities and community institutions from performing their roles to the fullest extent, the state activated its laws related to the exceptional circumstances it faces and took the necessary measures to maintain the operation of its facilities by providing their services regularly and steadily.

Amongst such important facilities is the judicial facility as it relates directly to the rights and obligations of individuals.

It was necessary to adapt to the current exceptional circumstances by transforming from traditional litigation procedures to online litigation.
