حقوق المريض و الطبيب و مدى تأثير جائحة فيروس كورونا (19-COVID)‎ عليها : دراسة تحليلية في التشريع الأردني مع الإشارة لبعض التشريعات العربية

Abstract EN

The spread of the Coronavirus has had many legal implications and questions raised regarding patient rights and medical service providers.

The aim of this study was to show the extent of this effect and in order to benefit from the experiences of some countries in the field of combating infectious diseases in the absence of legislation on patient rights on the one hand, and the absence of legislation on combatting infectious diseases on the other hand.

We found that they are separate texts in the Jordanian Public Health Law and in the Jordanian Health and Medical Responsibility Law of 2018.

At the end of this study, we reached a set of results and recommendations focused on the impact of the Corona Virus pandemic on the patients right to choose his doctor, his right to accept or reject treatment, his right to privacy and the protection of his health data.

The results and recommendations of the study focused on the effect of the Corona virus, on the scope of the doctor’s right to refuse to treat infected or suspected people with this virus.
