Abstract EN

The current study aims mainly at testing the role that the strategic cohesion plays in enhancing the organizational brilliance of the administrative leaders in the departments of Iraqi Telecommunications Companies (Asiacell, Zain Iraq, Korek) and knowing the availability of the dimensions of the study variables in those departments.

The researchers have built hypotheses to measure the correlation and influence relationships between the research variables and tested them, and the questionnaire was used as a main tool for measuring the research variables.

Simple linear regression, path analysis, Pearson correlation coefficient).

The study has reached certain conclusions, most notably the presence of an impact of the strategic cohesion on organizational brilliance.
