Abstract EN

This study aims to highlight the role of ethical leadership practices and their relationship to achieving administrative creativity in the directorate of public works of Skikda state, and the descriptive approach was used, and the questionnaire was relied on a sa main tool for data collection.

41 questionnaires that could be analyzed were retrieved, analyzed and interpreted using spss v19 program.

it was concluded that the level of application of ethical leadership practices and administrative creativity is weak in the directorate of public works of Skikda State, where the total correlation coefficient reached (0.210) at a significance level of 5%, which indicates a weak direct relationship between moral leadership and administrative creativity, and a weak level of administrative creativity as a result of the absence of the creative climate and the motivational aspect of creative people, as the arithmetic mean of the answers of the members of the studied sample was (1.975), meaning that the sample members do not agree with the availability of administrative creativity within the directorate of public Works of Skikda State.
