Abstract EN

This study aimed to investigate the effect of using some active learning strategies through Teams platform on developing achievement among students of the second basic stage in mathematics with different styles of learning in the academic year 2020/2021.

The sample of the study consists of 120 female and male students, who were classified into three categories of learning styles : visual, auditory, and kinesthetic.

The pre-experimental approach was used.

To achieve the goals of the study, an achievement test in mathematics was used.

The validity and reliability of the test were verified.

The results of the study showed a statistically significant difference (a = 0.05) between post-achievement and pre-achievement in mathematics in favor of post-achievement, and for all three types due to the effect of active learning strategies through Teams platform, and the results showed no differences between the student means in the post achievement test that can be ascribed to learning style (i.e.

visual, auditory, or kinesthetic).

In the light of the results, the researcher highlights the necessity of using active learning strategies through Teams platform when teaching mathematics in the distance learning method.
