By informing the researchers of Arab and foreign sources, research, and scientific studies, and within the limits of his knowledge, it was found that there is a lack of an Irshad approach in meaning for the speed and accuracy of stabbing with fencing weapons among athletes in the Iraqi environment in general and Kurdistan-Iraq in particular, in order to identify the effect of the Irshad approach in meaning in the speed of stabbing.

And its accuracy, which would classify and arrange the players according to their psychological and mental capabilities and serve as a true basis for predicting success in the future, and then the possibility of working on a psychological guidance approach that contributes to the development of the speed and accuracy of the challenge, hence the need to build a sense guidance approach for the fencing players, and that To develop the speed and accuracy of stabbing among players and to help players reach the best degrees of speed and accuracy of stabbing.

The aim of the research is to build a method of counseling with meaning for the fencing players in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq.

The research sample is represented by the players of the category of applicants in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq in the game (fencing) for the season 2020-2021, which is represented by (70) players distributed among (16) clubs for the fencing game.

The researchers chose the Erbil clubs for the ease of applying the curriculum to them.

(Akkad Club) with (5) players, (Bishkotun Club) with (4) players, (Hendrin Club) with (4) players, (Qalay Turkmen Club) with (4) players, and (Aala) Club with (3) players and (5) Players from (Hendrin, Bishkotun) as a sample for stability and experiments.
