This article attempts to contribute to bridging the theoretical and conceptual gap that appeared in the security studies, especially after the transformation witnessed by the concept of security in its sectors (state security-and community security) and the challenges of determining the levels of analysis in the study of the security phenomenon, as the levels of analysis relate to the interpretation of the causes of the security phenomenon according to (Bari Busan-1995), as we will try to involve the term the league to the levels of traditional analysis.
