تناول ها المقال الحديث عن التشريع بصورته العامة وفق القوانين والتشريعات الفلسطينية بحالة انعقاد المجلس التشريعي ومبينا كيف تم تدارك العملية التشريعية وآلية التشريع بعد الانقسام السياسي وتعطل المجلس التشريعي، واستعرض الباحث السيناريوهات المحتملة بمصير التشريعات التي صدرت في زمن الانقسام في الضفة الغربية وقطاع غزة ،ودور المجلس التشريعي في التعامل معها عقب انعقاده، وبالشق الأخير من المقال تناول الباحث الجزئية التي تتعلق بالمصالحة الوطنية والجهود العربية والمحلية للتوفيق بين حركتين فتح وحماس وإنهاء الانقسام.

Bstract: The article dealt with the public form of legislation in accordance with Palestinian laws and legislation in the case of the Legislative Council, indicating how the legislative process and legislation were remedied after the political division and the Legislative Council was disrupted.
and reviewed possible scenarios for the fate of legislation enacted in the time of division in the West Bank and Gaza Strip, The role of the Legislative Council in dealing with it after its convening, and the latest part of the article dealt with partial researcher related to national reconciliation and Arab and local efforts to reconcile the Fatah and Hamas movements and end the division
