Arabic Abstract

هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف إلى الآثار المترتبة على تطبيق أوامر الدفاع على حقوق الإنسان في المجتمع الأردني.

ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي والمنهج الكيفي واعتمدت الدراسة على أداتي الاستبانة والمقابلة لجمع البيانات الكمية والنوعية عبر تطبيق استبانة خاصة على عينة الدراسة، وإجراء مقابلات معمقة مع عدد من أصحاب الخبرة والاختصاص وصنع القرار.

تكونت عينة الدراسة من 400 مواطن ومقيم في مؤسسات المجتمع الأردني محافظة الكرك وتحديدا من الأفراد المتضررين من جائحة كورونا.

كما تم مقابلة 4 أفراد من المختصين والخبراء في حقوق الإنسان وصنع القرار.

أظهرت نتائج الدراسة وجود علاقة بين الدرجة الكلية لبعد الآثار السلبية كأحد الآثار المترتبة على تطبيق أوامر الدفاع كما أظهرت أيضا وجود علاقة بين الدرجة الكلية لبعد الآثار الإيجابية كأحد الأثار المترتبة على تطبيق أوامر الدفاع على حقوق الأنسان وأن المستوى العام لإجابات عينة الدراسة من العاملين المتضررين من جائحة كورونا في مؤسسات المجتمع الأردني (محافظة الكرك) نحو مستوى حقوق الإنسان في المجتمع الأردني قد جاءت بمستوى مرتفع كما أظهرت الدراسة عدم وجود دور للآثار السلبية المترتبة على قانون الدفاع في التغير في حقوق الانسان أما فيما يتعلق بمتغير (الآثار الإيجابية) فقد أشارت النتائج الى دور الآثار الإيجابية في تعزيز مستوى حقوق الإنسان وحمايتها، مما يشير الى أن زيادة الاهتمام وتعزيز (الآثار الإيجابية) بمقدار وحدة واحدة سيؤدي إلى زيادة في مستوى حقوق الانسان وتحسنها وأوصت الدراسة من خلال نتائجها الميدانية بعدد من التوصيات.

English Abstract

The study aimed to identify the implications of the application of orders to defend human rights in Jordanian society, The research used the descriptive survey approach, and qualitative approach, and relied on the questionnaire and interview tools to find out those objectives.

A quantitative and qualitative data have been collected through in-depth interviews with a number of specialists and experts.

other special information has been collected from the study sample consisting of (400) citizens and residents of Jordanian society institutions in Karak governorate and specifically individuals affected by the Corona pandemic, and 4 individuals of specialists and experts in human rights and decision-making were interviewed ,The results showed a relationship between the overall degree of the dimension of adverse effects as one of the mitral effects on the application of defense orders ,The results also showed a correlation between the overall degree of the dimension of positive effects as one of the effects on the application of defense orders on human rights,The results also showed that the general level of responses of the study sample of workers affected by the Corona pandemic in the institutions of Jordanian society (Karak Governorate) towards the level of human rights in Jordanian society has come at a high level,The study also showed no role for the negative effects of the Defense Law on the change in human rights .

As for the variable (positive effects), the results indicated the role of positive effects in promoting and protecting the level of human rights, indicating that increasing attention and strengthening (positive effects) by one unit will lead to an increase in the level of human rights and their improvement .

The study recommended through its field results a number of recommendations.
