Arabic Abstract

يتناول البحث أهمية التكنلوجيا الرقمية في تعزيز التعليم الجامعي من واقع استخدام التكنولوجيا الرقمية في تدريس المقررات الإلكترونية في جامعة الملك خالد وذلك من خلال استطلاع آراء أعضاء هيئة التدريس وطالبات كلية المجتمع بخميس مشيط، تم توظيف المنهج المسحي حيث صممت أداة الاستبيان لجمع المعلومات.

خرج البحث بجملة من النتائج دلت على أهمية استخدام التكنولوجيا الرقمية في التدريس لتعزيز التعليم الجامعي ومن أهمها: 1/ استخدام التكنلوجيا الرقمية يعمل على زيادة القدرة الاستيعابية للطلاب.

2/ استخدام التكنلوجيا الرقمية يعمل على توفير تغذية راجعة فورية للطلاب.

3/ استخدام التكنلوجيا الرقمية يعمل على تعزيز علاقة الطلاب بأعضاء هيئة التدريس.

4/ استخدام التكنلوجيا الرقمية يعمل على الإيفاء بمتطلبات سوق العمل في ظل جائحة كرونا.

5/ يساعد استخدام التكنولوجيا الرقمية على تطوير التفكير الإبداعي لدى الطلاب والطالبات.

وأوصت الباحثات بعدة توصيات من أهمها: 1/ نوصي بضرورة إيجاد وتطوير بنية تحتية تكنولوجية أمنة ومناسبة لضمان جودة الخدمات الإلكترونية والتعليم الإلكتروني وفق مستجدات البيئة التعليمية.

2/ نوصي بضرورة رقمنه وبناء وتطوير القدرات البشرية بالتعليم العالي لضمان جودة الخدمات والتعليم الإلكتروني.

3/ نوصي بضرورة هندسة السياسات والإجراءات بالمؤسسات التعليمية بطريقة فاعلة لأجل تعزيز الميزة التنافسية في ظل الأزمة المالية التي خلفتها كوفيد-19.

4/ ضرورة تطوير وتفعيل دور المعلم لكي يساهم في تحويل التعليم من التقليدي إلى التعبير الذاتي ومهارات التفكير الإبداعي، بتضمين التعليم الأنشطة التي تثير مكامن الإبداع لدي الطلاب.

English Abstract

The research deals with the importance of digital technology in enhancing university education from the reality of using digital technology in teaching electronic courses at King Khalid University, through a survey of the opinions of faculty members and students of the Khamis Mushait Community College.

The survey method was employed, where the questionnaire tool was designed to collect information.

The research came out with a set of results indicating the importance of using digital technology in teaching to enhance university education, the most important of which are: /1 The use of digital technology increases the students' absorptive capacity.

/2 The use of digital technology provides immediate feedback to students.

/3 The use of digital technology works to enhance the relationship of students with faculty members.

/4 The use of digital technology works to meet the requirements of the labor market in light of the Corona pandemic.

/ 5 The use of digital technology helps to develop the creative thinking of male and female students.

The researchers made several recommendations, the most important of which are: /1 We recommend the need to find and develop a safe and appropriate technological infrastructure to ensure the quality of e-services and elearning in accordance with the latest developments in the educational environment.

/2 We recommend the necessity of digitizing it and building and developing human capacities in higher education to ensure the quality of services and e-learning.

/3 We recommend the need to engineer policies and procedures in educational institutions in an effective manner in order to enhance the competitive advantage in light of the financial crisis caused by Covid_19.

/4 The necessity of developing and activating the role of the teacher in order to contribute to transforming education from traditional to self-expression and creative thinking skills, by including in education activities that arouse the potentials of creativity among students.
