هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تشخيص ظاهرة الاغتراب الوظيفي لدى أعضاء الهيئة التدريسية في الجامعات الجزائرية، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف تم إجراء دراسة ميدانية في جامعة محمد الصديق بن يحي-جيجل.
وتكون مجتمع البحث من 1035 عضو لسنة الجامعية 2018 / 2019، واستخدمت الاستبانة كأداة أساسية لدراسة والتي شملت 25 عبارة وتم التأكيد من صدقها من قبل المحكمين، وثباتها باستخدام معامل ألفا كرومباخ، بعد ذلك تم توزيع الاستبيان على عينة عشوائية قدرت ب 90 مفردة.
وقد تم استخدام البرنامج الإحصائي (SPSS)، في حساب متوسطات الحسابية والانحرافات المعيارية.
وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن مستوى شعور أعضاء الهيئة التدريسية في الجامعات الجزائرية بالاغتراب الوظيفي جاء بدرجة متوسطة، وبمتوسط حسابي قدره 3.52 للدرجة الكلية.

This study aimed to diagnose the relationship between job stress and the level of feeling of expatriation for working women.
the questionnaire was distributed to deliberate sample being our intention women working in nursing, which includes 221 nurse and an estimated 22 single any had been taking the equivalent of 10% of the study population.
