Abstract EN

The addiction is general phenomenon which exists all ranks with different with different social and economical style, «The , addiction has negative effects on single and society , and leds to volience and stolen crimes , The current studying it’s importance because few the studies have addiction specially in Iraq, and for young students in university , who doing development and leadership.

The researcher used list have (11) reasons for addiction from views points for student's university , this list applied on sample (400) students which have chosen random ranks, divided to (200) male, and (200) female, From four colleges (Arts, Administration, and economic , Science and engineering) in Kufa university , The results revealed , the reasons had got top ranks (addicted friends ,void the religion, and families problems), and these reasons differ in ranks according to variable sex* and studying specialization.
