تتناول هذه الدراسة استخدام اللغة الطبيعية في استرجاع المعلومات و تبين مشكلات هذا الاستخدام في اللغة العربية وتخلص الى ضرورة العمل على توافر الوسائل العملية لاستخدام اللغة العربية الطبيعية في التعامل المباشر مع الحاسوب وليس الاكتفاء بالحصول على لغات برمجة عربية فقط .
Abstract EN
The article begins with a definition of communication and continues to explain Its importance and functions.
It explains also downward, upward and horizontal communication.
Then It deals with communication between the various sections of the library including: acquisition, technical services, binding, photocopying, readers’ services, maintenance, lending and periodicals.
It concludes with emphasis on the Importance of training for successful communication.
