Abstract EN

This study aimed at finding out the degree of crisis management elements at Mu'tah university, as well as finding out the differences in these crises due to, college, length of experience at the university, and age variables.

The study sample consisted of (43) members of the heads of departments.

The results of the study revealed that the elements of crisis management are available at an average level.

The results also showed that there are no statistically significant differences in crisis management availability between the variables due to college, length of experience, and age variables.
