Abstract EN

In its general conference held in Paris the (18 th session) in 10/11/1974, concerning education for understanding, cooperation and world peace in the field of human riglits, UNISCO brought out a recommendation.

This recommendation dictated to the responsibility laied upon countries to work through education to achieve the goals laid down by the charter of the United Nations and the basic charter of the UNISCO and the world Declaration of Human Rights.

The conference asked all institutions, which are responsible on teaching in and outside the school to have a look at this recommendation.

The transformation of human rights to educational programmes require establishing applicable stratigies, goals and procedures/ whether they are guiding programes or educative ones, that aim at changing the pattern of children thinking and educate them to think in a right way.

Teaching of human rights require practice with participation in a respectful atmosphere, to let the participants aware of their mutual responsibility in making human rights actual fact Human rights education is an education about and for human rights, this was the aim of the study ,as many educational and guiding techniques about teaching human rights were introduced in primary schools.
