تم وصف 121 حالة طفل مصاب بالحمى السوداء و المؤكد تشخيصهم بواسطة نخاع العظم.
و وجد أن 6، 82 % تحت السنتين من العمر.
فقد لوحظ انخفاض في حجم الدم المضغوط (PCV) و ارتفاع معدل سرعة ترسيب الدم ESR و زيادة البليروبين.
كما أظهرت الدراسة الحالية زيادة في بعض أنزيمات الكبد في حالات الإصابة الشديدة.
Abstract EN
A numerical study to predict the distribution of air velocity, turbulence kinetic energy and static pressure inside an enclosure with obstruction is done.
The characteristics of air flow are analyzed under different parameters such as location of inlet-outlet apertures and height of the obstruction.
The Naries – Stockes and turbulence equations are solved using finite volume technique.
The k-є model with wall function approximation is used.
This work focused on study of the effect of the obstruction on the flow distribution inside an enclosure with different locations of inlet –outlet apertures.
The results show that the recirculation regions are greatly affected with the position of the inlet-outlet apertures more than the location of the obstacle.
Also the results indicated that the recirculation regions are increased when the obstacle is nearest to the outlet aperture.
