Abstract EN

This study sheds light on an important safeguard of disciplinary accountability, surrounding the public officer and facing the employee with the allegations of irregularities, that’s all through discussion and analysis of this principle and its applications in comparative legislation and jurisprudence in Jordan, Palestine & Egypt, reverting descriptive analytical & criticism method, and for that it was divided into four chapters which are: Chapter I : The concept of confrontation principle of its foundation.

The second chapter: the status of confrontation principle in comparison systems.

Chapter III : safeguards methods of ensuring the principle of confrontation.

Chapter IV : the impact of neglecting the principle of confrontation And we ended this research with results including a conclusion and the recommendations that we have reached.
