This research aims at clarifying the importance of the commit of enormity in the Islamic society, that is through the clarification of the concept of enormity committer in language and scholar's terms, and to show the scholars difference in the number of enormities and their limitation, their legitimate evidences in the Quran and Sunna, and to show the time in which this subject appears, and to display the scholar's opinions in this subject, and to mention their evidences of what they said, and to discuss these evidences, and to show the effect of the enormity committed on the Islamic society, that is by the presence of emphasized in their decree, and lenients in it, and medials between these and those.
