This subject has a special importance in practical life and it is classified in my research into three chapters; Definition , way of it's process and types of it .

Many of results may be written at the following :- - Iraqi execution law adapts opinion of majority of Islamic jurisprudence which accept that prevention the debtor from doing any legal process belongs to his debts .

- There is no determine arrangement for talking-up of debts of debtor by Iraqi execution law contrarily of Islamic jurisprudence .
