Abstract EN

This study shows the deep connection between the Principles of legal Policy, and legislative reform in the state by assessing their different relevant subjects.

It clarifies firstly the concept of legal policy as well as the concept of legislative authority, and its need for the state.

Further, it specifies the principles of legal policy upon which the legislative authority depends and the role of these principles in the legislative reform process in the state.

This is in addition to the range in which these principles move in order to carry out the reform, and all of that is controlled by the general Shar‘i criteria.
