تمت في هذا البحث دراسة التركيب المجهري لطبقات الإكساء بالليزر الناتجة بفعل عملية التجمد السريع و ذلك باستخدام مساحيق مسبقة الخلط بتراكيز مختلفة من النيكل – ألمنيوم و تحت تأثير سرع إكساء مختلفة.

أوضحت نتائج دراسة التركيب المجهري حصول العديد من آليات النمو أثناء عملية التجمد السريع و التي تتمثل بالنمو المستوى, الخلوي/الشجيري و الشجيري.

Abstract EN

The microstructures of rapidly solidified laser clad layers of laser cladding of Inconel 617 with different nickel-aluminum premixed clad powders are discussed.

The effect of different cladding speeds on the microstructures of rapidly solidified laser clad layers is discussed too.

The detailed micro structural results showed that different growth mechanisms are produced during rapid solidification.

These are planar, cellular, cellular / dendritic and dendritic.
