The article introduces the "Qardh Hassan" from different views, the need for this contract, it's meaning and provisions in Islamic law, Qardh documentation, the definition of Qardh Hassan termed language, then press the Qardh deals in the Holy Qur'an and Sunah, forensic evidence for Qardh validity, then the article refers to some solutions proposed to activate the role of the Qardh Hassan in Islamic banks in terms of sources and uses of the Qardh fund, the required guarantees from borrowers, and the debtor non-payment case, then the article deals with the practical implementation of the Qardh Hassan in Islamic banks showing the uses of Qardh Hassan, whether by individuals, or for customers who are forced to settle their accounts though Qardh Hassan (Murabaha appropriations) depending on some of the views that allow it to the bank narrowly, then the article discusses the availability of using Qardh Hassan to finance micro-projects as development projects fighting poverty and leading to the elimination of unemployment, last topic proposed a legitimate model for the Qardh Hassan fund that can be applied in Islamic banks, finally the researchers recommend each Islamic financial institution to set up a fund for the Qardh Hassan.
