موانع قبول الجرح التي تعود الى الجارح و المجروح عند المحدثين

Abstract EN

This study handled an important issue of the amendment and distort science (Al-jarh Wal-Tardeel), where the effort was focused on the obstacles that prevent the sole acceptance of the critiques distortion criticism for the speech tellers (Ruwat Al-Hadith).

This study, however handled two types of the returned distort (Jarh): 1- The factors that prohibit accepting distort due to the distorter himself 2- Factors that prohibit accepting distort due to the criticized narrator (Al-Rawi).

The results of the study confirmed the need to consider the various controls which restrict the critics views in terms of distort (Jarh) as well as putting them within their suitable frames.
