This study has illustrated the main characteristics ofFatwa as the definition ofFatwa, Us importance and the difference between it and Judicy.

The study dealt with the conditions ofFatwa through mentioning the most important conditions for the Mufti and the one who demands the Fatwa, the topic of Al-Fatwa and some artistic conditions.

The study has come to the existence of many conditions which control the Fatwa and leads to the improvement of its Tele throwout means of recent communications.

The study has illustrated the necessity of proposing special materials specialized in the Fatwa that could could improve the role of Muffti.
